Barbara Terry

There aren’t many gorgeous women who can change a tire and change the oil in their own off road race car. But Barbara Terry can! Growing up on a Texas ranch, Barbara was surrounded by six brothers, tractors, motor cross vehicles and muscle cars. She turned her passion into her life’s work as an in-demand automotive expert and race team driver/owner.
Barbara has graced the cover of Kiplinger’s Magazine and is the author of numerous articles for print and the web. She’s dispensed car care advice and solutions on over 350 national and regional programs on broadcast outlets across the country including CNN, CBS, ESPN, Inside Edition, iVillage,  Speedtv, CW, ABC, FOX, WB, SpikeTV, Discovery Channel, TNT and DIY Network.

She has used her expertise and on-camera charisma as television and Internet host for the likes of Turtle Wax, About.com and Gillette, and has endorsed products for General Motors, Goodyear, Ford Motor Company, Sylvania, Pennzoil, Rainx, Shell Oil, eBay Motors, Turtle Wax, Gillette, Brakebleeder, FRAM and Prestone. Barbara has also hosted live events for Goodyear, General Motors and American Airlines.

In 2010, she’ll host a hunting/fishing/off roading series, Gainin' Ground, for the Outdoor Channel, and is in the process of starring in 400 videos for AutoMD.com. She’s even authored a book, Pro Athlete Rides due out in the spring 2010.

To top it all off, Barbara owns and operates her own off road race team, participating in the Baja 500 and 1000 where she generated more press than all other 309 entrants combined!
